Flew into Denver and drove on a stellar day to Santa Fe for a week. Above is the impressive Scottish Rite Masonic Temple of Santa Fe. Open only to members, I had to settle for a perch on a ledge to get a choice view.
airport travelers in Midway and dude sitting curbside for bus from Denver airport to downtown. Below that, storm clouds move in over Union Statin in downtown Denver.
Dear Don- I met you a couple years ago at the Artisan sale at buffalo thunder casino in santa fe. I was with my friend Traci Bunkers and we were drooling over your sketchbooks. she was from kansas and saying she was teaching in santa fe. anyways, I don’t know if you remember or not but I just saw your post- are you still here? I’m in Albuquerque, but would happily come to santa fe to see your sketchbooks and watch you sketch. I’m not kidding. I pass your blog on to everyone- I’m always blown away by what you can do with those pens. I wish I could take a class with you. I sometimes think of finding a venue for you, but then never do. Are yo u here on business? if you get this, email me at meandpete@msn.com or call me, 505-341-2246. if you are not here anymore, or don’t remember me, or don’t care, I guess I”ll catch you next time. ps I grew up in Evanston!

Great job overall but I really enjoy the atmospheric sky landscape and the girl relaxing with a book.
These are really nice sketches. Thanks for sharing your adventures
Hey Juliana, I was only in Santa Fe for a week, back in Evanston now. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll give you a holler. Cheers.
