Duration: 6-12 months w/ possibility of 4 months CTH

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Qualifications:
Primary Skill Set: Java 17, Spring Boot 3.0, Angular 14+, JavaScript, PL/SQL (Oracle 19c), DB Design and Optimization
10+ years of a proven hands-on development experience with at least 3 years in tech lead role.
Experience in leading the development of full stack software solutions involving front end, middleware and backend.
Experience in technical managing project teams
Experience in working in agile projects, with good knowledge in DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Good verbal communication skills
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proactive working attitude, quick learning ability, strong ownership and responsibility, good communication skills, and team spirit.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

**Pay Range: $70-$80 hourly on w2**
