The Industrial Athletic Trainer at Pivot Onsite Innovations is responsible for managing workplace injury prevention and health improvement programs at client sites. This role requires conducting wellness assessments, ergonomic risk analyses, and implementing innovative safety solutions to enhance employee health and well-being. The trainer will also provide first-aid treatment and injury assessments while fostering a culture of safety and trust within the workplace.

Schedule Monday 6AM-2PM, Tuesday 5AM-1PM, Wednesday 6AM-2PM, Thursday 5AM-1PM, and Friday 6AM-10AM

The Industrial Athletic Trainer will plan, coordinate, and supervise all components of a worksite injury management and health improvement program for employees. Unique skills of an Industrial Athletic Trainer include a focus on injury prevention and evaluation, ergonomic risk assessments and corrective action planning, OSHA emergency/first aid treatment, health education, and worksite health promotion and marketing activities.
