Job Details

We are seeking a Audit & Assurance Senior to join our dynamic Finance industry team. The candidate will be responsible for leading complex client engagements and ensuring that all audit and assurance processes are executed efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing audits in accordance with established standards and timelines.
• Review and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards.
• Identify and communicate accounting and auditing issues to clients and engagement teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
• Stay up-to-date with current accounting and auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit and assurance.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Experience with complex client engagements and working with clients in the Finance industry.
