The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making by providing strategic insights that support the organization's growth and success. This role involves analyzing complex business data, developing innovative reporting solutions, and working closely with various departments to enhance the organization’s business intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Perform in-depth analysis of complex data sets (structured and unstructured) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders, empowering informed decision-making.

Business Intelligence Strategy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, goals, and requirements.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance business intelligence capabilities, focusing on data governance, data quality, and reporting standards.

Dashboard Development & Data Modeling

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Build and maintain data models to support accurate forecasting and predictive analytics to drive strategic planning and resource allocation.

Data Integrity & Governance

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing robust data governance practices.
• Identify data quality issues, recommend solutions, and collaborate with teams to execute data cleansing and validation processes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work with business leaders, IT professionals, and data engineers to gather requirements and align business intelligence initiatives.
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay up-to-date with advancements in business intelligence and analytics, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience : Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Proficiency : Expertise in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, and proficiency in SQL, Python, and R is desirable.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate complex data into meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management : Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, balancing short-term and long-term business intelligence needs.
