• Expertise in sourcing and recruiting top university talent, with a focus on diversity initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building skills and experience coordinating campus events to engage with universities and students.
• Proven experience in supporting internship programs and hiring strategies.
• Previous experience in the tech industry is a plus.
• Education : BA or BS from a 4-year college/university.

Job Duties:

• We're looking for a University Sourcer to join University Talent Program team. This role will focus on recruiting for our intern class, as well as assisting with various tasks such as organizing campus events, identifying high-potential candidates, and supporting Juniper's Internship Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in outreach events across the U.S. to support Juniper’s goals, conveying the impact of Juniper Networks and why it’s a great place for career growth.
• Partner with hiring teams to understand business needs, develop hiring strategies, and coach interview teams.
• Implement sourcing strategies to identify high-potential and high-performing students, with a special focus on diversity.
• Recruit talent from colleges and universities, both online and in-person, for Juniper's internship positions.
• Assist with University Talent Program activities and events, ensuring a remarkable intern experience across all U.S. sites.
