Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cloud Solutions and Migration:

• Design, implement, and manage software migration to cloud-based platforms.
• Evaluate existing systems, assess compatibility, and develop migration strategies.

1. User Experience Design:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create user-centric software or website plans.
• Identify and improve user interfaces for enhanced engagement and usability.

1. Project Management:

• Lead and coordinate software development projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress.

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis for project insights and decision-making.
• Provide detailed written reports, including recommendations and findings.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with educational institutions, public broadcasting teams, and community partners to align goals.
• Provide guidance and professional development to stakeholders as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing software development projects within education-related domains.
• Education: Relevant educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms and technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• References and Portfolio:
• Three examples of development projects similar to UETN's requirements.
• At least three professional references.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management, cloud technologies, or related fields.
• Utah-Based Candidates Preferred: Preference will be given to local candidates familiar with Utah’s education system.
