Job Description

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Conflicts Analyst to manage a full-service law firm's conflict and client intake processes. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of new business intake procedures and ensuring compliance with ethical standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Intapp's Risk Management Suite and a solid understanding of legal conflicts of interest. This opportunity is full time, direct hire, and on-site in Waco.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct conflict checks for new clients, matters, and lateral hires using Intapp Conflicts and Intake modules
• Analyze conflict search results to identify potential ethical or business conflicts
• Collaborate with attorneys, Conflicts Counsel, and the Conflicts Committee to resolve identified issues.
• Maintain and refine conflict rules, synonyms, and search strategies to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare comprehensive conflict reports, including summaries and resolution recommendations
• Assist in configuring and administering Intapp modules, including user permissions, notifications, and workflow management
• Provide training and onboarding support for attorneys and staff on conflict clearance procedures and system usage
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance, and ongoing optimization initiatives
• Coordinate with IT and external vendors (e.g., Intapp consultants) to troubleshoot and implement system improvements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a law firm conflicts department, preferably with Intapp
• Strong analytical and research skills, including corporate affiliation research
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Experience with Aderant is a plus
