The Conflicts Analyst is responsible for handling conflicts-related functions during the initial intake of new clients/matters and producing conflict reports. The role also involves coordinating and documenting resolutions for potential conflicts of interest. Essential functions include: Processing conflict searches for new client and matter requests promptly. Conducting detailed corporate research using various resources, analyzing recent press releases and historical data. Reviewing Intapp Open workflow requests thoroughly to ensure completeness. Examining Conflict Results Reports to identify potential conflicts based on guidelines. Researching to determine the materiality of potential conflicts when necessary. Consulting the Conflicts Database and firm documents to resolve conflicts appropriately. Communicating with stakeholders to clear conflicts. Documenting conflict resolution processes meticulously. Maintaining contact with attorneys and staff regarding conflict matters. Tracking the status of requests and handling special projects as assigned. Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; a 2- or 4-year degree is preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment. Experience with Intapp is required. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. Excellent professional communication and service skills. Analytical decision-making capabilities for client/matter processing. The above describes the general responsibilities and requirements.
