Demonstrates in-depth level abilities about: Technology, cybersecurity, and data privacy risks associated with different M&A constructs such as carve-outs, Transaction Services Agreements (TSAs), integrations, and separations; Scoping, Budgeting, coordinating engagements among multi-functional teams (e.g., finance, technology, HR). Demonstrates technical proficiency in one or more cybersecurity or data privacy domains: Vulnerability management; Incident response; Product security; Identity and access management; CCPA or GDPR control implementations; Configuration management; Implementation of controls across a complete security framework; Network security architecture; Leading multiple concurrent projects in a very fast-paced environment. The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.
