Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Educational Tour Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling educational travel and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with schools, educators, and administrators. This role requires a self-starter who is eager to contribute to the growth of our business and help more students experience the world through educational tours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients, including schools, teachers, and administrators, to promote and sell educational travel packages.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
• Conduct sales presentations, both in-person and virtually, to showcase the benefits and value of our educational tours.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in selling student travel (school trips to Washington, DC & New York City).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
