Job Title: Entry Level Associate Attorney

Work Model: Onsite

Base Salary: $100,000-$140,000/year + Bonus

Job Overview: A well-established employment law defense firm is seeking a Bilingual Associate Attorney to join its team in Rocklin, CA. This role is ideal for a recently barred Spanish-speaking attorney or a more experienced litigator looking to build a career in labor and employment law. The firm specializes in defending employers in litigation, class action cases, and providing advisory services.

What We're Looking For:

• Spanish fluency is required to communicate with clients effectively.
• Litigation experience is required , but employment law experience is not—training will be provided.
• Candidates must be comfortable with trials, hearings, depositions, and motion work , even if they have not yet first-chaired.
• Strong research and writing skills with the ability to handle legal proceedings independently or as part of a team.
• Must be licensed to practice in California and willing to work onsite in Rocklin, CA .

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, trials, hearings, and arbitrations .
• Handle discovery, depositions, and motion work from start to finish.
• Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Manage class action and PAGA matters through all stages of litigation.
