Overview: We're looking for a freelance recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and knows how to balance speed with strategy. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for your assigned agency teams-sourcing great talent, managing hiring workflows, and keeping stakeholders informed and energized every step of the way.

What You'll Do: - Act as a strategic partner to your assigned agencies, managing end-to-end recruitment efforts across freelance and full-time roles.
- Source, engage, and assess candidates across all disciplines-creative, strategy, production, client services, and more.
- Coordinate and drive each stage of the process: from screening and interviewing to feedback collection and offer close.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent for current and anticipated needs.
- Deliver clear and timely communication to candidates, hiring managers, and agency partners throughout.
What You Bring: - 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in agency or creative environments.
- Strong sourcing chops-comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and referrals to find exceptional talent.
- Confident with competency-based interviewing and candidate evaluation.
- A solutions-oriented mindset and an appreciation for both the art and science of recruiting.
The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
$50 - $75 / hour
