Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Counseling , Psychology , Education , or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in  guidance counselling or related role
  • Expertise in student welfare , mental health , and academic guidance
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with students, parents, and staff
  • Ability to provide counselling on both academic concerns and personal development

Key Responsibilities for the Guidance Counselor:

  1. Student Support : Provide guidance to students facing academic, emotional, and social challenges, offering solutions and strategies for improvement.
  2. Counselling Sessions : Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to support students’ mental well-being, personal growth, and career goals.
