A-Line Staffing is now hiring a HEDIS Care Gap Specialist in Ohio. The HEDIS Care Gap Specialist would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

HEDIS Care Gap Specialist Compensation

• The pay for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

HEDIS Care Gap Specialist Highlights

• Combination of Remote work and visits to provider offices throughout Ohio
• Provider office visits will be up to 1 hour away from city of residency – must reside in Ohio – mileage and travel is reimbursed
• The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm with some flexibility

HEDIS Care Gap Specialist Responsibilities

• Perform Coordinated outreach to targeted open HEDIS gaps, reduce barriers and obstacles to care delivery (scheduling appointments, setting up transportation, educating on over the counter benefits, educating on healthy rewards available, and educating on preventative care, etc.)

• Communicate with members on a daily basis to aid in HEDIS gap closure.

• Scheduling appointments with members to close focused HEDIS care gaps.

• May occasionally go to provider offices within an hour of their home to work with them on scheduling members for care gap closure and need to be available to do this upon request.

• Will speak with both members and providers

• This is an outbound call team. Purpose of team is to close care gaps, and ensure they are being addressed.

HEDIS Care Gap Specialist Requirements

• At least 2 years of HEDIS and healthcare quality experience
• Ability to work remotely and travel to nearby provider offices
• High School Diploma / GED required

HEDIS Care Gap Specialist Preferred skills

· RN/LVN/Social work licensure highly preferred

· Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
