Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in human resources operations while supporting our consulting services team. Tasks will be associated with employee data management, employee relations, employee engagement and aiding the team in basic administrative tasks. Confidentiality of all information is required at all times. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR practices and developing professional consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative HR functions including documentation, filing, and data entry
• Help prepare materials for client presentations and meetings
• Research industry trends in employee benefits and HR practices
• Assist with organizing and maintaining employee records
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Contribute to special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain confidentiality
• Interest in learning about insurance benefits and HR services
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
