Recruitment/Talent Coordinator

We are excited to partner with our client’s recruitment and talent team to support a key role driving people strategy and talent initiatives. This role is at the heart of building a strong pipeline of talent, supporting professional development, and enhancing employee experience.
Key responsibilities include:
🔹 Coordinating campus recruiting and summer programs , including training, social events, and work assignments
🔹 Supporting interview scheduling and onboarding activities
🔹 Collaborating with recruiting teams to bring in and integrate new talent
🔹 Organizing local talent development initiatives and training
🔹 Assisting in performance management processes and development programs
🔹 Generating insights and recommendations using talent data and reporting
🔹 Contributing to global talent strategies and traveling as needed for firm initiatives
