What You’ll Do: Support End Users: Deliver high-quality customer service and tech support across a variety of hardware and software platforms. Device Setup & Maintenance: Deploy and configure PCs, laptops, tablets, and specialty devices to meet enterprise standards. Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to user devices, applications (including healthcare or business software), and AV/multimedia systems. Ticketing & Inventory: Track support tickets in IT systems and maintain hardware inventory. Escalate complex issues with clear documentation. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 1+ year in IT or customer support roles. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certifications: HDI Desktop Support Tech cert required within 180 days of hire. Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows & Office Suite. Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service mindset. Other Requirements: Must have reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
