As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), you will provide psychotherapy sessions and medication management services while leveraging Headway's support for insurance credentialing and administrative tasks. This role offers the flexibility to set your own hours and work remotely, aimed at helping clinicians grow their private practice. Headway equips its counselors with marketing assistance and patient referrals to enhance their caseloads and streamline patient care.

Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Wage: Between $95-$130 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC
• LPCMH
• LIMHP

• A valid NPI number
• Malpractice insurance
