Hiring! Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Needed in Bakersfield, California 

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual mental health support to individuals, couples, and families across California. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while making a meaningful impact through secure telehealth platforms.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families, addressing emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused techniques.
• Offer crisis intervention and ongoing support as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic records in compliance with California state regulations.
• Collaborate with remote care teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other therapists.

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in California, in good standing.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred).
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent communication and technical skills for virtual sessions.
• Reliable high-speed internet and HIPAA-compliant home office setup.
