As a Merchandise Sales Associate at Dorney Park, you will enhance the guest experience by processing transactions, assisting with shopping interactions, and maintaining a visually appealing environment. This role requires a positive attitude, good judgment, and the ability to engage with guests of diverse backgrounds. • Engage with guests by assisting them throughout their shopping experience and encouraging them to play games using a microphone 

• Perform various operational functions such as rebounding basketballs or restocking merchandise 

• Ensure locations are fully stocked, visually appealing in all areas, clean, and free of safety hazards
