Family-owned marine construction/transportation company and lobster bait business in Mid-Coast Maine. For over 25 years, Fuller Marine Services has been building and maintaining commercial and residential piers and docks as well as providing barge transportation to inshore islands in the region, and municipal and US Coast Guard contracts. Our lobster bait business is located directly on the Boothbay Harbor Town Dock as is our office - we enjoy the harbor views! The majority of our 15+ employees have been with us for many years and we value their loyalty.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper at Fuller Marine Services, Inc. located in Boothbay, ME. The role involves managing office operations, handling bookkeeping tasks, providing administrative assistance, operating office equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis. Some flexibility in working days/hours possible.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Manage AP, AR, payroll data entry and invoicing
• Proficiency in Office Equipment operation
• Perform general office Administration duties, including but not limited to printing, scanning, filing, supply orders, and minor technical assistance
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong Experience with QuickBooks preferred
• Demonstrate high-level proficiency with Microsoft Office
