Outside Sales Representative – Communication & Safety Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Hamilton area. In this full-time, on-site role, you will promote Jannatec’s suite of safety and communication products, focusing on two-way radios, MOTOTRBO systems, body-worn cameras, and integrated video solutions. You will work closely with new and existing clients, leveraging your technical knowledge and relationship-building skills to drive business growth and provide exceptional service.

• Represent Jannatec’s full portfolio of Motorola communication solutions and safety technologies
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
• Design and quote customized communication systems, including BOM development and compliance validation
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective technical solutions and post-sale support
• Provide insights from client feedback to support product development and marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Develop and deliver training materials, user documentation, and support content
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, certifications, and emerging technologies
• Travel locally as required to meet with clients and attend site visits
• Other duties as assigned by management
  

• College diploma or university degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in outside sales, sales engineering, or pre-sales design
• Strong technical knowledge of Motorola communication systems (MOTOTRBO, two-way radios, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Valid Canadian driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
• Relevant certifications or experience in electronics or communication technologies preferred
