As we expand our footprint, we’re seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Representative with a proven track record in the compounding field to help us drive growth and build lasting relationships with our valued clients.

Job Summary:
As our Part-Time Compounding Pharmacy Sales Representative, you will leverage your 1-2 years of compounding sales experience to promote our innovative solutions. You’ll play a crucial role in nurturing existing customer relationships and actively pursuing new business opportunities, all while representing our cutting-edge facility and comprehensive product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
  • New Business Development: Actively identify and pursue opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Product Promotion: Showcase our state-of-the-art compounding capabilities and advanced pharmaceutical products.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed sales targets while tracking performance metrics and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of successful sales experience in the compounding pharmacy field or the industry.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of compounding pharmacy products and industry standards.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a talent for building strong relationships.
