Managing Appointments & Schedules: Proactively assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments, optimizing workflows to ensure a seamless patient experience. Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain high standards of efficiency and process optimization across the practice, ensuring compliance with protocols and service standards. Creating a Relaxing Environment: Help foster a calming atmosphere by offering comfort items and pre-treatment tours, enhancing the patient experience.
