A premier channel management solution, Rentals United connects property managers with 60+ listing sites and 100+ technology providers, ensuring seamless distribution and optimized bookings. This role is within Rentals United, but you'll be part of the larger Guesty ecosystem-benefiting from our shared expertise, innovative technology, and global network. Responsibilities Drive revenue growth through upselling the Rentals United premium features (including Screen & Protect) to existing Rentals United clients. Conduct outbound outreach (email campaigns, cold-calling) to clients, identifying upsell opportunities and delivering tailored product demonstrations. Respond to inbound inquiries from CSMs, partnering with them to demo and close deals. Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive adoption of the Rentals United Screen & Protect suite, including win-back campaigns, webinars, and other promotional efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CSMs, to support the client-facing sales process and meet client needs. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, driving significant growth. Requirements 2-4 years of experience in a SaaS company, with a proven track record in sales, business development, and upsells. Prior experience as a BDR, demonstrating strong prospecting and outbound skills. Proactive and self-driven with a "go-getter" mentality. Ability to understand and communicate the value of products to clients. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Previous experience in the short-term rental or hospitality industry is an advantage. Spanish, French - advantage. Guesty
