Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others? As a Nurse Practitioner (VSP/PT) , you will leverage your advanced education and clinical skills to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role involves tackling a diverse range of health challenges, from moderate to substantial complexities.

This is a PRN/VSP position where you will provide coverage at our various clinics in the beautiful Corpus Christi area.

Your Role: Make a Difference

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will:

• Promote health and wellness through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications, examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and provide effective treatment plans.
• Advise executives on developing functional strategies that address significant health matters.
• Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues, working with minimal supervision.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's in Science - NP or PA
• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Texas
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and patients
• Commitment to the “Integrated team-based care” model
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a value-based care setting
• Exceptional patient/customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HEDIS measures and quality indicators
• Experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients in a coordinated care environment

Work Schedule and Compensation

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 29

Pay Range: $115,200 - $158,400 per year (This reflects a good faith estimate for full-time employment and may vary based on location and individual qualifications.)
