The Opportunity:
Imagine leading a dynamic team dedicated to providing intensive care coordination services to youth and young adults facing serious emotional challenges. As a Program Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a profound impact by ensuring the delivery of high-quality, flexible, and supportive services.
You'll lead a team that embraces the Wraparound model, empowering youth and their families to actively guide their own care and build on their strengths.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide visionary leadership, supervision, training, and evaluation to program staff.
Ensure the consistent implementation of the Wraparound model principles.
Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Provide direct supervision to Senior Care Coordinators and Senior Family Partners.
Offer 24/7 emergency on-call support.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
What You Bring to the Table:
Master's degree in a related behavioral health field.
LICSW or LMHC licensure.
Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
Three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Experience managing a home-based or Wraparound program (preferred).
