Job Title: Contract Recruiter (6 Months)

Location : Fall River, MA

Office requirements: on-site daily

Hours : 8:30 – 5:00

We are in expansion mode and need a recruiter extraordinaire to source, identify, interview and recruit top quality, manufacturing, operations and hourly workers as we build out our new pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for quality, manufacturing, operations and hourly roles including QC Chemists, QA Inspectors, Warehouse Operators, Machine Operators.
• Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to source candidates.
• Leverage platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, job fairs, college hiring events, and alternative sourcing methods.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Participate in hiring events

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for quality, manufacturing, operations and hourly roles.
• Expertise in advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work on-site daily
