New Airstream dealership has immediate openings for experienced RV Sales Associate to join our team! We are looking for career minded individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed. We prefer 2+ years of experience selling high-ticket items such as RVs, boats or luxury automobiles on a commission basis.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Meet or exceed sales performance standards which include unit goals, profit goals, and CSI ratings
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manor
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Conduct all daily sales activities in cooperation with other departments including F&I, service, accounting, and any other required department
• Additional responsibilities as requested or required

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently and as a team
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written displaying enthusiasm with customers, peers and management
• Basic computer skills to review current inventory daily for availability and enter customer information

This is a commission driven position.

We Are Airstream Ventura will be a full line Airstream Sales and Service dealership including both travel trailer and motorized Airstreams opening in December 2024.
