About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established and highly respected manufacturer and supplier of advanced packaging machinery solutions, specializing in Bag Filling, Palletizing Systems, Form-Fill-Seal (FFS), and Dry Fillers.

As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join their team and drive business growth across new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target sectors such as food processing, agriculture, chemicals, and construction materials.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, solution proposals, and contract negotiations to post-sale support.
• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s needs to propose appropriate machinery solutions (e.g., Bag Filling lines, Palletizers, FFS systems, and Dry Filling machines).
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to tailor solutions and ensure feasibility.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client site visits.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, market intelligence, and competitor insights to the senior leadership team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven track record in capital equipment sales, within packaging machinery.
• Strong technical understanding of machinery such as Bag Filling systems, Palletizers, FFS machines, or Dry Fillers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing a sales territory independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and trade exhibitions.
