Job Description

Position Summary:

  • The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support business operations, enhance user experience, and drive organizational growth. This role involves Salesforce administration, system integration, data management, reporting, user support, security, compliance, and continuous improvement. The Senior Salesforce Administrator plays a key role in leveraging technology to achieve strategic business objectives and deliver value to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
  • Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide strategic Salesforce solutions.
  • Salesforce Administration: Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Flows, workflows, process builder, and other Salesforce configurations.
  • System Integration: Work closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Management: Perform data imports, exports, data cleansing, and data quality assessments to maintain data integrity within Salesforce.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices, data privacy policies, and compliance standards within Salesforce.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to recommend and implement enhancements that optimize system performance and user experience.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and training materials.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
  • User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to Salesforce users, ensuring optimal utilization of the platform.

Required Skills

  • Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex environments.
  • Proven experience in solution design and architecture within Salesforce.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein (Einstein Analytics, AI, or GPT).
  • Experience with Einstein Discovery, Einstein Next Best Action, or AI-driven automation preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Advanced Administrator (ADM 301), Platform AppBuilder, CPQ or Service Cloud preferred
  • Experience with Flow, Process Builder, Apex, and Lightning components.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, security, sharing rules, and integration best practices.
  • Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
