SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a Salesforce Administrator where you will ensure our Salesforce platform is effectively designed, built, managed, and leveraged for actionable business insights. You will maintain and improve our Salesforce environment with custom solutions to meet our evolving business needs. You will also collaborate with a wide range of internal teams and stakeholders and help translate data into clear, meaningful insights that empower our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Pay Type:

$90,000.00 -$120,000.00 Salary

What you'll do:

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, build, and automate Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights for sales team members and leadership.
• Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings to ensure proper data access and compliance.
• Train and support stakeholders on how to use Salesforce effectively.
• Perform data management tasks, including data import, export, and cleansing, to maintain accurate records.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications to streamline operations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implement best practices for system optimization.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, ensuring the organization leverages new features effectively.

What you'll need:

• Salesforce Certified.
• Minimum 5 years Salesforce administration or a similar role.
• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Experience creating and managing dashboards, reports, and automation that improve sales performance.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to balance administrative and technical responsibilities.
• A problem-solving mindset with an ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business terms.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and quality conscious.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to stay focused and attuned to research questions and deliver final projects in a timely manner.
• Demonstrated continued personal/professional development.
