Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, user stories, configuring Salesforce, and ensuring the platform meets the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable Salesforce requirements.
  • Business Process Mapping : Document business processes and workflows, aligning them with Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
  • Salesforce Configuration : Configure Salesforce to meet the requirements, including customizing fields, creating reports, building dashboards, and automating business processes.
  • Solution Design : Develop functional specifications for new functionality or enhancements to Salesforce.
  • User Training and Support : Provide training to end-users and create user manuals/documentation. Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues.
  • Stakeholder Management : Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
  • Testing and QA : Assist with the creation and execution of test cases to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
  • Salesforce Enhancements : Continuously analyze system performance and recommend improvements or new features to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Management : Oversee data integrity and ensure proper data migration processes in and out of Salesforce.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Experience : 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years specifically working on Salesforce implementations.
  • Salesforce Knowledge : Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, standard features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), and customization options (workflows, process builder, etc.).
  • Business Process Knowledge : Strong knowledge of business processes, particularly in CRM, sales, and customer service.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Salesforce Certification : Salesforce Certified Administrator (Admin 201) or any relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred but not required.
