The Senior Manager, Physical Security Operations will ensure an integrated, advanced security control system exists for the Club that incorporates state-of-the-art technology, cameras, personnel and vehicular access control systems, and security measures applicable to a 24/7, 365 day operating environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of physical security best practices, third party vendor relationship management, and risk assessment methods.
Essential Functions of the Job - Perform risk management and security assessments, on and off site.
- Manage access control systems, including perimeter security, and integrated fire and life safety systems.
- Coordinate with other ANGC departments and stakeholders on physical security matters relevant to the Club including lighting, perimeter security, and video monitoring.
- Participate in security design to incorporate CPTED concepts.
- Cultivate strong partnerships to enhance service delivery and security outcomes.
- Support program elements for Tournament, corporate travel, and other events.
- Evaluates risk and develops procedures and physical security measures designed to safeguard personnel, property, and operations from unauthorized access, espionage, terrorism, sabotage, damage, and theft.
- Ensures security requirements and appropriate safeguards, cameras, biometric solutions, duress and intrusion alarms are implemented.
- Monitors and evaluating existing and planned security projects to ensure timely and quality service conforms to statutory, contractual, and technical requirements.
Physical Demands - Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.
- Required to walk and work with hands and arms, lift up to 50 pounds, stand, stoop, climb, bend and/or drive a golf cart.
- Ability to sit or stand for some extended periods of time.
- Utilizing various security equipment and devices.

Other Duties and Responsibilities - Perform physical security assessments including conceptual security considerations, vulnerability assessments, and implementing procedures for improved operational efficiencies.
- Draft written reports, analyze data, and deliver executive level briefings related to physical security protection.
- Effectively manage and supervise internal and external security teams.
- Coordinate Tournament planning applying knowledge of security and protection regulations, policies, procedures, and practices.
- Abides by and performs work tasks in compliance with Club procedures and local and state regulations. Maintains confidentiality in all departments.
- Performs other duties deemed by management an important part of the job.
- Maintains confidentiality of club business.
Qualifications: - Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, write reports and deliver briefings to executives.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe.
Relative Experience/Education: - Bachelor's degree: Master's degree preferred.
- Physical Security Specialist license or training through ASIS, NCS4, or FLETC preferred.
- Familiar with Interagency Security Committee (ISC) guidelines.
- Minimum 15 years supervisory law enforcement, private sector, or military experience preferred.
Required License(s): - Possess a valid driver's license and/or successfully complete the Club's internal motor vehicle training program.
Projected Work Schedule: Must be available for a varying work schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required. Some travel may be required. AEG
