SUMMARY: Assist in the professional operation of special education programs and services, general office support and accurate Special Education reporting.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:


Required:
•High School diploma or equivalent
•Advanced secretarial skills
•Ability to multi-task
•Word processing knowledge/experience
•Spreadsheet experience/skills
•Three to five years' experience
•Excellent receptionist skills
•Excellent telephone skills
•Database knowledge/experience

Preferred:
•Desktop publishing experience
•Associate degree

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
250 days Grade = C
Hourly, Non-Exempt


$15.55-$25.08
