Learn more at Key Responsibilities - Perform on-site assessments, troubleshoot pool and spa systems, and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from inquiry to post-installation satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of pool and spa equipment, automation, and chemical systems.
- Work closely with service and installation teams to coordinate customer projects.
- Accurately prepare quotes, work orders, and customer documentation using tech tools provided.
- Represent Summit Swimming Pools Inc professionally in the field and at industry or community events.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and service expectations through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Participate in ongoing technical training and manufacturer certifications.
Qualifications - Previous experience in swimming pool and spa sales, service, or installation preferred.
- Strong customer service and consultative sales skills.
- Technical aptitude to diagnose and explain pool and spa system issues.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in the field.
- Proficiency with smartphones or tablets (CRM, scheduling apps, quoting tools).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Schedule - Full-Time
- Monday to Friday (occasional weekend appointments may apply)
Work Location - Field-based role serving both residential and commercial clients in the region
