Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise construction crews to ensure productivity, quality, and safety on all job sites.
- Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget and specifications.
- Serve as the field liaison between project management, subcontractors, clients, and senior leadership.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
- Oversee and enforce all job site safety protocols and training requirements.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop crew members and support career growth.
- Resolve field issues efficiently while maintaining clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications: - 7+ years in construction, including 5+ years in supervisory roles, with at least 2 years at the Foreman or Superintendent level.
- Strong experience in underground utility construction (water, sewer, storm), concrete, and paving operations.
- OSHA 30 certification or willing to obtain it.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple active projects and make quick, sound decisions in the field.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in construction/project management software and daily reporting tools.
