Job Description
Job Summary:
The youth transportation driver will primarily assist with providing services for small groups of Milwaukee high school students to and from the Boys & Girls Clubs teen Ready! Center as part of a new workforce readiness initiative. The driver will provide safe transportation for students to and from high schools to the Ready! Center, for events such as program enrollment, trainings, certification classes, guest speakers, and special events. Additional duties may include assisting with other program transportation needs as they arise. The candidate is expected to comply with all organization policies and procedures as well as State licensing requirements that apply to group childcare centers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to touch, handle, or feel. Work Conditions/Expectations:
The position is flexible around the needs of our clients including but not limited to first and second shifts during the work week with occasional weekend hours as need.
