As a Bartender/Server at Michigan's Adventure, you will create a fun and welcoming atmosphere by serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests while adhering to state laws and company standards. Your role includes interacting with guests to ensure their satisfaction, utilizing suggestive selling techniques, and working collaboratively with a team. • Produce and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipe specifications and standards.

• Operate registers and verify required identification for each guest to whom alcohol is being served per state law.
• Complete mandatory ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Alcohol Training.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting and independently.
• Greet and serve guests in a prompt, friendly, courteous manner using suggestive selling techniques.
