Your Role As a Lead Generation Specialist, your role will be to engage with Costco shoppers, initiate conversations about their window and door replacement needs, and help them take the next step by scheduling a free in-home consultation. You’ll distribute marketing materials, share valuable information, and build relationships—understanding that not every conversation will result in an immediate yes. We're looking for positive, high-energy people who can handle the "no's" with grace and stay focused on creating new opportunities! We offer both full-time and part-time schedules, with a competitive pay rate and unlimited bonus potential based on your personal performance. Who We’re Looking For A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to stay motivated even when facing rejection Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping others A strong work ethic and a drive to succeed Someone ready to take control of their future and grow within the company Basic Requirements Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses Must be able to stand or sit for 8+ hours daily Able to work a varying schedule (hours/warehouse locations) Weekend availability a must Compensation & Benefits

• 250 signing bonus after first 90 days with the company
• 18.00 per hour
• 35 per appointment
