Job Summary: Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and looking for an entry-level opportunity to kickstart your career? Altana AG is seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel at data accuracy and are eager to work in a flexible, remote environment. Responsibilities: Accurately enter and update data into our company databases and systems. Verify the accuracy of entered data and make necessary corrections. Maintain data integrity and security by following company protocols and procedures. Organize and manage electronic and physical files and documents as needed. Generate reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as requested by management. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate data entry tasks and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data confidentiality and privacy. Complete assigned tasks within established timelines and deadlines. Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as required. Follow established protocols to contribute to a streamlined scheduling process. Qualifications: Must be a citizen of the US or Canada, a Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the USA/Canada. Proficient in typing, proofreading, and excellent communication skills. Demonstrates strong listening skills and attention to detail. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. Holds a high school diploma or equivalent. Fluent in English. Competent in basic computer skills.
