We're Hiring: Safety Environmental Manager / EHS Engineer

Location: Lexington, KY 40511

Duration: 7+ Months (Potential Temp-to-Hire)

Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Implement and support EHS policies and programs.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Ensure compliance with air, water, and land permitting requirements.
• Serve as the site liaison for government EHS inquiries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure ongoing safety and compliance.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2+ years of experience in EHS or a similar safety role.
• Working knowledge of ISO regulations and hazard mitigation.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and stay ahead of regulatory changes.
