Job Title: Housekeeper/Assistant to Chef
Location: Palm Beach, FL (Live-Out) | Hamptons (Summer, Live-In)
Compensation: $90K-$95K + 25% Bonus | 100% Paid Benefits
Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday

An Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) family is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Assistant to the Chef to join their household. This role involves assisting the chef with meal service, cleanup, grocery shopping, and liaising with the family, requiring strong communication skills. Additional housekeeping duties will be required as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the chef with meal preparation, service, and cleanup
• Handle grocery shopping and kitchen organization
• Communicate effectively with the family regarding meal preferences and requests
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed to support household operations
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
• Adapt to a Wednesday – Sunday schedule, ensuring flexibility as required

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a private household, luxury hospitality, or a similar setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a proactive and service-driven approach
• Flexibility to live in the staff house during the summer in the Hamptons and live out in Palm Beach
