As a Public Relations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our live event marketing initiatives. In this role, you will represent our organization at in-person events, assist with event logistics, and engage directly with the community to promote our mission and increase brand awareness. Core Responsibilities
Serve as the face of the organization at events, communicating our mission, core values, and brand messages to attendees.
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of live events, including event setup, breakdown, and attendee engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and event attendees to strengthen brand visibility and foster community ties.
Engage with event attendees, answer questions, distribute promotional materials, and provide event-related information.
Collect and analyze feedback from event attendees to evaluate event success and provide insights for future improvements.
Qualifications
Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations , Marketing , Communications , or a related field is preferred.
Experience : No prior professional experience required; however, internships or volunteer work in event marketing, public relations, or community engagement is a plus.
Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently represent the brand and engage with diverse groups. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
