Retirement Plans Administrator to join our
HUMAN RESOURCES team!
The Retirement Plans Administrator is responsible for the administration of all retirement plans for Aspirus and maintaining Plan records to ensure compliance with Plan documents and state and federal regulations. The Retirement Plans Administrator provides excellent customer service and education to participants on the benefits, tools and resources available to assist and support retirement planning.
HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.
Experience/Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in human resources or benefits administration, knowledge of benefit and/or retirement plans and federal and state laws governing employee benefit plans preferred.
- Critical thinking, excellent verbal and written communication skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and collaborative.
- Able to function independently and in a team environment, adapt readily to rapidly changing healthcare environment, maintain organizational confidentiality, and observe, listen and follow through on assigned tasks.
- CEBS, PHR/SPHR or equivalent preferred.
