Join to apply for the Sommelier role at Bacchus Management Group Bacchus Management Group is hiring a full-time Sommelier at Selby’s in Atherton, California. A dinner-only Michelin Star Restaurant The opportunity to work alongside two CMS Advanced Sommeliers Monthly wine dinners with storied domaines such as Vieux Telegraphe, Bruno Giacosa, Heitz Cellar. Ideal candidates would have serving experience in fine-dining, management experience, and be in pursuit of additional certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers. This position would be particularly well suited to a certified sommelier with interest in the upper-division of the Court of Master Sommeliers and as a career beverage professional. Bacchus Management Group promotes continued education through the CMS, with increased incentives for success at various CMS accreditation levels. Sales Commission percentage in addition to base salary on all beverage sales. $125 quarterly educational reimbursement allowance for books, magazine subscriptions, GuildSomm membership, etc. 401k with company contribution for all employees (4% match on 5% contribution).
