Job Description

Cultivate Recruitment Group are searching for a Traffic/Transportation - Project Manager for 2 separate clients with the same need.

The candidate has experience with civil transportation design and comprehensive knowledge of roadway projects and developing plans in accordance with local MassDOT standards.

Your responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans.
• Responsibility to manage project teams, accountable for budget and schedule.
• Internal and external stakeholder management including interacting with clients, authorities, and other project stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior members of the team.
• Contribute to Division strategic growth initiatives and collaborate on regional growth strategy.
• Identify opportunities.
• Lead on all strategic objectives.

Qualifications/Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of Traffic/Transportation Design Project Management experience.
• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction equivalent.
• Progressive experience with developing plans specifications, and submissions per MassDOT standards and requirements.
• Licensed PE in the state of Massachusetts or planning to obtain within one year.
• Experience working with public agencies, and/or municipalities.
• Excellent communication and client relation skills.
• Ability to work independently and develop task deliverables in a complete and reviewable manner

This role is paying between $140,000 - $170,000 plus a great benefits package.
