Your North Star: Build and nurture a dynamic pipeline of 100 exceptional CS/ML minds from Stanford and MIT through magnetic campus presence and authentic relationship cultivation. Think less traditional recruiter, more talent scout meets community builder meets tech evangelist.

Candidate Requirements

The Non-Negotiables:

• Minimum 1 year of proven success in university recruiting or admissions, with a track record of high-volume candidate engagement
• A history of crushing ambitious outreach and conversion targets
• An impressive arsenal of successful recruitment events that got people talking
• Project management skills that would make a NASA mission controller proud
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems (because even talent whisperers need good tools)
• Current Austin resident or ready to make Texas your home
• Prepared for 75% travel during peak seasons (January-May, August-November)
